Camo Outfit Two Ways

one-look-two-ways-versatility-fall-fashion

Back in August, I shared two ways to style the same white tank and polka dot shorts just by switching up the accessories. Since one of my favorite parts about fashion is rewearing items in new ways, I decided to take the same concept and do a fall version of the blog post! Check out my two super cute camo looks below, both featuring the same button down and skinny jeans but styled completely differently. Can I get a “whoot whoot” for that versatility? No? Okay. My Fashion Bucket List

Today marks the last day of this year’s “virtual” Fall Fashion Week in New York City. As I understand it, 2020’s NYFW started September 13th and has included a mix of virtual shows and even a few in-person runway events with very limited audiences. I’ve never been one to actually “follow” fashion (and clearly I don’t keep up with that many trends), but I’ve still always dreamed of attending fashion week. The glitz, the glam, the free goody bags… What can I say, it all sounds pretty awesome. (Although, based on what I’ve heard from “real” fashion bloggers and even based on my own experience at Denver Fashion Week, it seems that the glamour and allure of fashion week might be a fallacy.) But nonetheless, I still hope to go someday! So, in celebration of this fashion-filled month, I decided to round-up a post of my fashion-related bucket list items. Maybe I can’t do them just yet, but someday soon I’ll be back in the world and struttin’ my stuff! Continue reading “My Fashion Bucket List”

Mask Fashion: Summer Edition

I’ve had this post idea for a while, and after a few requests and seeing several other fashion bloggers do the same sort of thing, I’m finally delivering my take on mask fashion! To be honest, I basically never leave the house as it is—going to the dentist has been one of the highlights of my summer thus far. However, when I do venture out, I don’t bother to match my mask to my outfit, just as long as I’m wearing one. But as a fashion blogger? This seems unacceptable. Masks aren’t going away any time soon, so we might as well make them fashionable and consider them as “the hottest new accessory”, especially when so many stores are releasing cute styles (like Dress Barn, Francesca’s, and Nordstrom Rack). I was so excited to create these three outfits around my three masks! Continue reading “Mask Fashion: Summer Edition”
