Weekly Recap #16, 2021

This was an extremely uneventful week, but after the hecticness of last week, it was kind of a much needed break! I like doing these weekly recap posts because they hold me accountable and force me to make my life more ‘interesting’ so as to avoid just talking about school constantly. But this week, that’s really all I got for ya’! I also realized after compiling my OOTD photos that I wore the same black leather jacket three out of the four times I got dressed this week… So, if you’re in need of leather jacket outfit ideas, today’s post is definitely for you! Pantone Problems

Way back in January, as I forced my dad to help me take a million blog photos before heading back to school, I got the idea to do a blog post about this year’s Pantone Colors of the Year—nothing special, since I’ve done posts on the annual colors in the past (see my Ultra Violet look here and Living Coral outfit here). But considering that I have very few yellow items in my closet, and none were quite the right shade, I wanted to get a lil’ creative with this yellow wall from my birthday photoshoot and use that as my outfit’s yellow. I finally got around to taking the photos last weekend, so without further ado, here are this year’s Pantone Colors of the Year: ‘Illuminating’ and ‘Ultimate Grey’! Fall Quarter in Review

Back in June, I posted a Sophomore Year Recap to share a little bit about my major and the classes I took last year, and the post was so popular that I decided to do it again for this semester! There are so many cool and interesting things to learn in college, so I always love hearing about students’ different areas of study. I’m a Criminology and Geography double major with a minor in Entrepreneurship—all three are in different schools but that’s exactly how I like it. Gotta dip my toes into as much as possible, ya know?
