Tight Tights

Happy Friday y’all! It always feels so great to have made it through the week. Do you guys have any fun plans for the weekend?

I feel like these play structures are actually so dangerous…I mean for a little kid, it’d be really easy to accidentally let go and get launched off into the bark. But for adults, they’re super fun. 🙂

I wore this outfit to school on Tuesday but it would be cute for going to a movie or just hanging out with friends. I love the casual vibe but it’s still got plenty of style. I mean look at those tights…And the boots! This is the first time they’ve appeared on the blog. How fun are they?! They’re business in the front, party in the back. 😉

I built this outfit around the tights, since they are a statement piece. I wanted to keep the rest of the outfit relatively simple so the tights could shine—small jewelry, not much color except for the pop of pink, mostly neutrals. Wearing these tights with a printed dress could have easily made for a really busy outfit, so I went with classic black. What do you think of this look? I’d love to know!

Because every good blog post needs a duck…obviously.
