Survived another work week! Isn’t this view from my office building parking garage amazing? I’m still struggling a bit to get into a routine—by the time I get home from work, I’m so tired and lazy that I don’t have the motivation to do anything productive. I did really like this week’s business casual outfits, though, and I threw in a few fun outfits on the weekend. It’s funny to think that some of my wardrobe is now very strictly weekend attire. Weekly Recap #26, 2022

Well, I survived the first week of my big girl job!! It was a long couple of days, trying to balance my new position, dog-sitting, and getting settled into my apartment, but it was an exciting week no less. I’ve been loving every minute of my job so far and commuting to our office building in downtown Denver. I know a lot of people prefer work-from-home these days (and I’m thankful to also have that option, as my position is hybrid), but I really love the routine of putting on a cute professional outfit, driving downtown, eating lunch with my coworkers, etc. It perfectly fits the romanticized lifestyle I always imagined for myself post-graduation. I was super excited to break out some work wear this week, and while I did squeeze a few outfits in there, I also had some more casual days since I haven’t fully unpacked all my clothes yet. February 2022 Month in Review

The close of February marks the (almost) halfway point of my time in Glasgow… which is just crazy to me. I can’t believe how fast my study abroad experience is flying by! Since I will be returning to the States a month early for my brother’s wedding, I really only have March and April left to live it up in Scotland. If I thought February was busy, March is going to be a whole different level… Between essays that need to be written, friends that are visiting, and spring break with my parents, there’s a lot to look forward to as I head into the new month.
