If you read my weekly recaps, you’ll know I attended the Bridgerton Ball with my aunt a couple of weeks ago for my birthday! It was such a fun event, and it felt like we were transported right into the set of the popular Netflix show. If you haven’t heard about this experience (I found out about it on Instagram—gotta love those targeted ads), it is put on in collaboration with Shondaland, a production company; Fever, an events company; and of course, Netflix. I didn’t really know what to expect, but it turned out to be such a special night full of dancing, photo-ops, and a performance, and I would definitely recommend it—truly a marvelous evening with the ton! *Cues my best Lady Whistledown voice.* Continue reading “What to Wear to the Bridgerton Ball”

While I originally thought I wanted to do something 80s-inspired (big hair and all), I went for this much classier, dressed up look instead. It turned out to be such a cool place, so of course I had to share more about it here on the blog! The store is called Alt Rebel and is a second-hand shop aimed at making thrifting an “upscale experience”. Not only did the store have really cool vibes, with printed dressing rooms and unique art all over the walls, but every clothing item also had a fancy Alt Rebel tag on it, instead of the bland paper tags you find at regular thrift stores. It’s all in the details, right?! Continue reading “The Coolest Las Vegas Consignment Shop”
