Ah… My favorite skirt. It’s about time I dedicated a whole blog post to it. This black corduroy skirt was a birthday present from my parents my freshman year of college, and I very distinctly remember unwrapping it in a hotel room in downtown Denver (in this outfit, I might add). But the details aren’t important—what is important is that this skirt has become arguably the most worn item in my closet! It seriously goes with SO much, the corduroy texture is perfect for fall, and I cannot recommend this style enough. Same Outfit, Different Accessories

Today I want to start a lil’ seasonal series to showcase how you can take the same base outfit (top and bottoms) and make two totally different looks by switching up the accessories. You know how much I love versatility and minimizing cost per wear for all my clothing items, so this post is perfect for accomplishing both of those things.
