Labor Day has passed, football season has started, and there’s a new briskness in the air—fall has finally arrived. Usually I would be overjoyed by the change in seasons but I’m feeling a little apprehensive to let go of summer this year… I know I have to get excited about autumn though because if I don’t soon, it will come and go before I know it! Weekly Recap #37, 2022

I’ve been having a harder and harder time waking up as it’s gotten darker in the mornings, and my walks into work have become quite chilly… You can definitely tell that the first day of all is this week! I can’t wait for the new season and all the fun autumn activities. It’s still been in the 80s most days in Denver, but the high for this Wednesday is only supposed to be 62 degrees. August 2022 Month in Review

How is it September already?! This year has been an absolute blur… It feels like just yesterday I was anxiously awaiting my Covid test results before moving to Scotland for the semester. And now, I feel like I’m finally starting to settle into a calmer pace of life—although I still haven’t quite figured out the whole work-life balance thing, as evidenced by the serious lack of blog posts in August. I stumbled across these old, unused blog photos when I was clearing off my old phone and figured they would be perfect for today’s post! This is a great transitional outfit for those late summer days when it’s still too hot for thicker fabrics.
