As some of you may or may not know, Ultra Violet was named the Pantone Color of the Year for 2018. And if you don’t know what “Pantone Color of the Year” means, I’m pretty sure it’s just some color that fancy fashion people pick to be trendy throughout the year. Last year one of the Pantone Colors was Millennial Pink (blush or baby pink), which you probably noticed was very popular. Purple on the other hand? Bye Bye Static Cling

Static cling—ugh, one of my fashion nightmares! I don’t know exactly what causes this pesky clothing situation (certain fabrics? Cold and dry winter air?), but I do know that it’s extremely annoying…and hard to stop. That’s why I wanted to share a few ideas for how to shake out that static cling. All I Want for Christmas is Hue

Hey ladies! This post is coming to ya a *little* late haha, but alas, it is still being published on Wednesday. 🙂 Also, don’t you like how those baby hairs are awkwardly blowing in my face in the above photo?

Today I wanted to talk all about color. Yes, I know that I’ve talked about interesting color combos and fall color cravings before, but now I want to talk about color in the winter—and why you need to be wearing it. I don’t know about you, but when the days grow cold and dreary, I find myself reaching for black and grey every day. But why?? Just because it’s grey outside doesn’t mean we have to look (and feel) the same way.
