(Final) Fall Quarter in Review

I can’t believe I almost forgot to publish a post reviewing the classes I took fall quarter! At the start of each month, I sit down to plan out all my content for the month in an Excel spreadsheet. Usually routine posts (like my monthly recaps and Thrifty Six collaborations) are the first I write down, so it’s surprising my fall quarter recap completely skipped my mind. As some of you may recall from my posts back in September, I was really nervous to start my senior year—I thought the quarter would be a huge disappointment because two of my best friends graduated and left in the spring. June 2021 Month in Review

Happy July! I’m sad to see my first month of summer come to a close so soon, but I am very excited for all that this new month has to offer. Except for, maybe, the sweltering heat. It has been hitting 100 degrees pretty much every day since I’ve been home, so all I can do is sweat, shower, and sweat some more. Don’t you just love that? Regardless, it is finally shorts and tank top weather, and I couldn’t be more excited to have access to my full closet again to create outfits/content these next few months—like today’s casual 4th of July-inspired look. 4th of July Outfit Inspiration

Happy Monday, friends! I just finished the most amazing week spent at my grandparents’ cabin, which included lots of hiking, game playing, movie watching, and of course, social distancing. If you’ve missed me on Instagram and Pinterest, that’s why I’ve been absent! Gotta love that mountain internet connection (i.e. nonexistent). No, really, it was amazing to not stress about posting regularly to social media. But today I’m finally back to civilization, and I wanted to round up some of my favorite 4th of July outfits from over the years, as the holiday is quickly approaching. I initially had planned a cute and casual look for this post, but I got so caught up in the relaxation of being in the mountains that I never ended up taking any blog photos! So here we are.
