December 2021 Month in Review

Finishing off 2021 with this cute + casual outfit that I wore earlier today! Unlike the last couple of months, December was very quietโ€ฆ filled with a whole lotta nothing aside from squeezing in alllll the holiday activities and spending lots of much-needed time with family. I wish I could say the uneventfulness of the month was relaxing, but the ever-changing Covid-19 precautions have been causing all sorts of extra stress about my study abroad adventure in January. In-Vested in Style

Itโ€™s time for another Magnificent 8 collab, and this month my blogger friends and I are showcasing how we style vests. I have a few quilted vests in my closet, but I almost exclusively layer them over sweaters with jeans for a cozy, aprรจs-ski kind of outfit. Subtle Pattern Mixing (+Linkup)

Y’ello! I’m keeping things short and sweet for you today (such a rarity, I know) because I’m writing this on Saturday morning, July 10th, before heading out to camp. You know how I like to leave things for the last minute… Anyway, I took these photos on campus back in Denver at the beginning of June. They’re not my favorite pics ever, but have you noticed I’ve started dabbling in slightly warmer tones for my photos lately? I used to be all about the cool tones, but I’m reaching for brown + orange tints more and more during the summer. Although, I can assure you this change in color/editing is completely unintentional because I still do not understand photography or lighting in the slightest.
