Today’s Thrifty Six collaboration is in remembrance of Vivienne Westwood. I have to admit, when Emma announced this month’s theme, I had never heard of Westwood before… After a little research, I learned that she was an English fashion designer who passed away in December and was known for her punk and edgy styles. How stinking cute is this outfit?? Don’t mind me as I toot my own horn… I thrifted these fuzzy Steve Madden sneakers a while ago but this is the first time I’m wearing them. They’re just too fun to resist. I paired them with my pinstripe + polka dot button down, dark wash Express jeans, and dainty pearl accessories. The mint Kate Spade New York purse was a graduation gift and my new ‘everyday’ bag (contrary to popular belief, I do not usually switch my purses for every outfit—only for special occasion looks). December 2021 Month in Review

Finishing off 2021 with this cute + casual outfit that I wore earlier today! Unlike the last couple of months, December was very quiet… filled with a whole lotta nothing aside from squeezing in alllll the holiday activities and spending lots of much-needed time with family. I wish I could say the uneventfulness of the month was relaxing, but the ever-changing Covid-19 precautions have been causing all sorts of extra stress about my study abroad adventure in January.
