Hard to believe this is my second-to-last weekly recap from Scotland… As excited as I am to see my family and fly to Las Vegas for my brother’s wedding, I’m really starting to feel the sadness of leaving this beautiful place! I’m trying to schedule time with all my friends to say goodbye while squeezing in a few last adventures. This week, for example, my friend and I went to Dublin and had an absolute blast! Weekly Recap #15, 2022

Aside from maybe the first few days I was in Glasgow, this was by far my most uneventful week—and that’s exactly how I planned it. After so many days on the road with my parents, I really needed to spend this week cranking out my thesis. I’m happy to say that just hours ago, I finally completed my 55-page draft. It’s not worth getting too excited about yet—I still have a few rounds of revision and then my defense before I’m officially done—but it sure feels good to have something to submit to my advisors. It was also just fun to write it and exciting to realize I did, in fact, learn something during the past four years of college. Woohoo! Now, without further ado, onto this week’s outfits. Weekly Recap #14, 2022

A few of this week’s outfits remind me of one of those “spot the differences” games on the back of a cereal box—the looks are so similar that it would be easy to think I was wearing the same thing at first glance. Anyway, my three weeks of travel finally came to an end on Friday, and it feels so good to be back in a familiar space.
