What an exciting week! For those of you who followed my weekly recaps in the spring, you probably remember me talking about how much I wanted to hike a 14er (a 14,000+ ft. mountain—it’s quite “the thing” here in Colorado). The spring ended up being really rainy, and I could never find the perfect day/weather to make it happen. Finally, several months later, I hiked my first 14er on Saturday!
