I know a lot of people have mixed feelings about Valentine’s Day, whether that be because it exasperates loneliness or it seems “stupid,” but come on guys…I love all holidays. I’ll take any excuse to dress up and go to a party (oh wait, to *pretend* to go to a party because who actually gets invited to all those extravagant events you see on social media?). Dressing up, celebrating, and all things cutesy are just quintessential parts of my personality, so of course I love Valentine’s Day, regardless of relationship status. With January coming to a close (where did the month go?!), I thought it would be the perfect time to discuss what it means to have a healthy lifestyle, while simultaneously guilting you back into your new year’s resolutions (wink wink). It’s About Time to End Procrastination

I’m currently sitting on the lofted bed in my dorm room, PJs on, hair all over the place, one eye basically still closed with sleep. Technically, this blog post was supposed to go live at 6 AM. And yet here I am at 7:50, having just woken up and not even started writing yet—that, my friends, is called procrastination.
