I’ve been thinking for a while that it’d be fun to do a post about high school and what I’ve learned from it, now that I am officially graduated. What I didn’t realize is that it would be much harder than I expected. I initially planned to write some tips and tricks to help current students, but I realized nothing I had to say was of value. In order to really share some insight, I’d have to get personal. And vulnerable. Something I’ve never really done on the blog before (and that scares me). I hate to say this, but I can be a diva sometimes, especially when it comes to clothes. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a perfectionist and like things “just so”. ConGRADulations!

It’s graduation season, which means tons of parties, BBQs, and other soirees to attend. And any time there’s an event, there has to be an outfit to go with it! I originally planned to wear this look to my brother’s college graduation a few weekends ago, but it turned out to be way too cold for shorts…I opted for this teal blouse and polka dot pants combo instead.
