It was another super busy week at work and in the evenings, but I was grateful to have a calmer weekend with virtually no plans—I didn’t leave my apartment from Thursday night to Sunday morning and honestly, it was glorious! And just like that, I made it another trip around the sun! It was such a fun week full of family, friends, and birthday celebrations, and thank you to everyone who wished me well on the big day. I’m coming at ya’ a day later than usual because I have been having such a fun long weekend with my parents! I took today off from work, and we spent the last few days exploring Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas. I need to start breaking out all my winter accessories (hats, gloves, scarves) because it has been quite chilly the past few days—Denver even got its first proper snow flurry last Thursday.
