Today I wanted to showcase how to style a blazer for work and for a night out! While I’ve always loved dressing up and wore something “work appropriate” almost every day in high school, I feel like several of my college friends are just now delving into the world of professional attire as we start to do interviews, participate in internships, and look for jobs after college. It can be a pain in the butt to buy something you only think you’ll wear for an interview or a job, which is why I want to show all my fellow high school and college gals how to make the most of that blazer for any event. As promised in my college capsule wardrobe post, I will now be posting an additional blog post on Saturdays, featuring the outfits I wore throughout the week! For those of you who don’t know, I decided to really narrow down my wardrobe and tried to pack as little clothing as possible when I moved back to school a few weeks ago. This past week was my first week back at college (I’m a junior this year studying Criminology and Geography), so it’s time for my first round-up of outfits. My College Capsule Wardrobe

Well folks, I made it to my apartment! My dad and I got here last night, and we’ve been spending today unpacking, shopping, etc. I’m so excited because unpacking is one of my favorite things, and today I’m breaking down the capsule wardrobe I brought for college this year (if you’ve been here awhile, you’ve probably heard me talking about it for months). While my school is returning to in-person classes for now, there’s a possibility they’ll send everyone home again, so we were instructed to “only pack the essentials”.
