Shoeless Quarantine OOTDs

blue pattern mixing, collared shirt, bedazzled skirt, white studded mules

I’m missing taking pretty pictures at the Denver Botanic Gardens right now… And wearing cute shoes. But until I can do that again, I realized it’s about time to share my most recent outfits of the day in a blog post! Now I’ll be honest… even though I advocated for getting dressed every day of online classes, there were still a few days of quarantine where I just lounged in sweatpants. What can I say, I’m human. But for the rest of the days, here are some of my favorite outfits from the last few weeks inside. Usually I share where I wore each outfit in this kind of post, but uh… since we’ve all been doing our best to stay home, I think you can guess where I wore these looks—the kitchen, the living room, my bedroom… You’ll also notice that my quarantine style has evolved to include basically no jewelry and no shoes. That’s just how we roll. As always, I listed where I bought each item, how much it cost, and linked it to the last blog post in which it was featured! Which outfits would YOU wear?! Quarantine Hair: Unwashed and Unapologetic

teal mockneck top, quarantine, greasy hair

It’s day who-knows-what of quarantine but day 4 without washing my hair… No shame here! As gross as it sounds, I wanted to spend today’s blog post convincing you that you shouldn’t be washing your hair every day (and why quarantine is the perfect time to change your ways). And for those of you who are already alternating hair wash days (or maybe even hair wash weeks? eek), I’m sharing my favorite chic hairstyle and tricks to disguise that dirty hair of yours. Thrift Shopping Haul!

thrift shopping, thrifting, green plaid loft dress

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I did a poll on my Stories last week about whether or not you wanted to see a blog post about my thrift shopping finds… and the answer was an overwhelming yes! So today I’m very excited to finally be rounding up my thrifting purchases from last December. I explained on Stories that I had initially tried to do this post back in the beginning of January, right before I returned to school, but the photos didn’t turn out (and I wasn’t planning on bringing all of these items to campus). So now that I’m back home, I can finally share the goodies I got while thrift shopping over Christmas break. All of these items are from the Assistance League Thrift Shop in Las Vegas, which is a very well-kept store full of hidden treasures, and the money made at the thrift store is used to buy new clothes for school children in need. I highly recommend stopping by the store if you ever go to Las Vegas! I guess some of the bougie Vegas folk donate their high-end items to this store because I found some incredible deals.
