Well, I survived the first week of my big girl job!! It was a long couple of days, trying to balance my new position, dog-sitting, and getting settled into my apartment, but it was an exciting week no less. I’ve been loving every minute of my job so far and commuting to our office building in downtown Denver. I know a lot of people prefer work-from-home these days (and I’m thankful to also have that option, as my position is hybrid), but I really love the routine of putting on a cute professional outfit, driving downtown, eating lunch with my coworkers, etc. It perfectly fits the romanticized lifestyle I always imagined for myself post-graduation. I was super excited to break out some work wear this week, and while I did squeeze a few outfits in there, I also had some more casual days since I haven’t fully unpacked all my clothes yet.
