The Glasgow Fashion Scene

Back in the day, when I used to post “travel guides” after spring break trips and family vacations, I would always share a small section about the fashion I saw in whatever location I was visiting. Some places have a distinct style and way of dressing (for example, I would say my hometown Boise is very “outdoorsy”—lots of Patagonia, athletic skirts, etc.), whereas other spots don’t really have any sort of pattern or trends to notice regarding fashion. While Glasgow doesn’t necessarily have one distinct style that is most popular, there are definitely a few things I noticed during my past four months here! Wee Differences Between the UK and the USA

Throughout my study abroad experience, I have been taking mental notes of little things that I’ve noticed are different between the UK and back home. I wanted to share that list today, as well as some photos from my time at Stonehenge and in Bath, England, a few weeks ago. Weekly Recap #17, 2022

Can’t believe this was my last full week in Glasgow! The last several days were jam-packed hanging out with friends and saying goodbye to everyone. I also managed to squeeze in a few more cute outfits with my capsule wardrobe, though I’m excited to swap it out with springier pieces once I get back to the States. Thankfully, I was able to do the two final things on my Glasgow bucket list this week, which was touring a whisky distillery and listening to the organ recital at the local art museum.
