Boy oh boy, September left me feeling pooped! Anyone else? From spending my last few days at home, to finally moving back to school, to trying to adjust to all things Covid, it’s been a busy September, to say the least. I was definitely not prepared for how exhausting going back to a real schedule would be! I had gotten so used to doing school and work on my own time that those 8 am classes really hit me hard, ha. Apartment Bedroom Tour (Help Wanted!)

Today I’m finally sharing my apartment bedroom tour! I’ve had a few people ask me if and when this blog post would be going live, so I’m glad you all are as excited about room décor as I am. I really wanted to switch up my décor this year (I’m ready for something a little more sophisticated and a change in color scheme), but I ultimately decided to stay with my classic blue… It makes more sense to me to save the money now and wait to overhaul my decorations until I move into a more permanent apartment after graduation. First Day of School Outfit + Thoughts

I cannot believe it’s already the first day of my junior year of college! It feels like just yesterday I was anxious and excited to move into my dorm room and meet my roomie for the first time. Thanks to my Google Photo Memories, I was reminded that two years ago this week I attended a Colorado Rockies baseball game in downtown Denver as part of freshman orientation, and one year ago I got to play my university’s carillon in the bell tower (aka “The Golden Nipple”—if you know, you know) and was asking the tall boys from down the hall to help my suitemates and me hang our string lights.
