Happy Monday! I’m doing something a little different today because I didn’t have time this weekend to take any blog photos…I’m sharing how I’m able to run this blog while keeping up with the work load that goes with being a junior in high school. I hope this will be helpful to all of you with blogs who are still in school! This might even be applicable to those of you with full-time jobs as well. 🙂 Beware, it’s a long post. A Fashion Blog is Born…

affordable fashion blog, navy lace dress, yellow purse

Hi everyone! My name is Grace and this is my first blog post—ever! I’m so excited to finally start a fashion blog. It has been a dream of mine for years now, and I just can’t believe that it’s finally happening.

As you can read on my About page, I’ve started this blog to bring affordable and practical fashion inspiration to women. In every outfit post, I will say where I bought each item, how much I paid for each article of clothing, and where I wore the outfit as proof that the outfits I create are both affordable and practical for the average woman.

On my blog, you’ll notice that I re-wear a lot of the same pieces in new and interesting ways. I’m a firm believer in getting my money’s worth out of clothes, so I’m not the type of person who wears a piece only once. You’ll also notice that I don’t wear high heeled shoes very often. I love a good pair of heels as much as the next girl, but they just don’t fit into my lifestyle.

I’m so glad you’ve stumbled upon this blog, and I’d love for you to join me on this journey!

Miles of smiles,

Grace
