Aside from it being crazy busy at work, it’s been a very uneventful couple of days in my social calendar, which feels so good after such a busy September. (Oh, happy October, by the way! How can it already be so late in the year?!) But without anywhere to go, there’s not much reason to dress up, either, so my outfits are pretty boring this week.

Another work-from-home Monday where I didn’t get dressed… woops.
Tuesday, September 26
Just threw on this floral dress for something simple. Since it’s been so busy at the office I didn’t do much of anything else today aside from work.

This black tank dress and swing cardigan has become one of my go-to combinations on days when I don’t feel like getting dressed. Last time I wore my green and blue tie-dye sneakers, but today I paired them with my fun London-themed slip-ons.
We had to skip out on our usual Wednesday night trivia tonight because I was so busy with work and my boyfriend has been planning a two-week trip to Japan. He left Friday and has already been sending me lots of amazing pictures!

I’ve never worn this sweater open as a cardigan before but I think it’s kind of cute! The brown mid-calf booties and belt look so good with the sweater for fall. Not sure the black crop top really goes, though.

I stepped out of work today for another laser hair removal appointment. I’ve been getting my lower legs and bikini line done and have been noticing such a difference. I only shave my legs about once a week now. I wish I had invested in this process years ago, it’s such a gamechanger! I’ve been wearing dresses every time I go because it’s so easy to just lift up my skirt instead of having to get undressed.

I slept in and spent the day reading, scrapbooking, and reorganizing a few things. I rediscovered this workout set at the bottom of one of my drawers and decided to throw it on. It’s cute, but the leggings are really sheer, unfortunately.

Another day by myself around the apartment! I started cleaning out my closet today and am documenting it in Reels, so stay tuned for that series on my Instagram.

Which of these simple outfits is your favorite? Hope you had a great weekend, and as always, thanks for stopping by.
Miles of smiles,

Too bad that leggings set is kind of sheer: it is a really fun print! I am looking forward to your series on stories about clearing up your closet: I always find it really interesting to seeing people’s process as I do it fairly often myself.

Yes, me too! I don’t do it often at all… I’m a bit of a clothing hoarder, ha.
