Spring Break Sale Items at Francesca’s

With all the snow lately, I’ve got spring weather and spring break on my mind! I don’t think I have any plans for the break, but I’m so excited to just relax and not worry about any schoolwork after a long quarter. Until then, I’ll get my fill of spring by browsing sale items and spring clothing online. As you all probably know by now, Francesca’s is one of my favorite stores, but it can be pretty expensive. That’s why I almost always shop from the sale section (the floral dress in this photo was $5, for example!). So, without further ado, I’ve rounded up some cute rompers, tops, dresses, and accessories for you to shop in preparation for spring (and eventually summer). And the best part? All these items are $10 or less!

While I tried to pick items with a lot of sizes still available, I admit that some of the pieces only have one size left. But when an item is only $5… you just have to deal with it. The black floral dress I’m wearing in the photo above is actually a size large, but once I add a belt nobody can tell. It all boils down to creativity, so even if you don’t see your size, wearing a size or two larger might still work for you, if you really love an item and can’t pass it up.

Rompers and Dresses

I think rompers and jumpsuits are so fun for spring, and this first orange floral one is almost too cute to pass up. Style it with a denim jacket, wedges, and curled hair to dress it up for dinner, or just wear it plain for the hotter spring days. The white lace jumpsuit is super pretty as well and would make a great outfit for Easter. And that navy romper? I actually bought it recently, but I haven’t worn it yet. It’s super cute on, and I plan on styling it with a pretty white lace bralette. I have to admit though, I paid $15 for it rather than the $5… grrrr. But you want to hear something crazy? If you wanted, you could purchase all 8 of these items for only $44.84, which is about how much one regular-priced item costs at Francesca’s. WOW!

Tops and Blouses

There are also lots of super cute tops available right now. The first one comes in a bright pink as well as a pretty white version, and I love the second top in bright orange! I seem to really be into the color orange at the moment. That second top is the perfect casual piece to go with linen shorts, skirts, or even white jeans and a denim jacket. It comes in a few other colors as well. I also really love the second orange top with smocking (so trendy). It would look super cute with a denim skirt, white jeans, or simple jean shorts. Oh, and that light blue sweater has the prettiest twist back, perfect for the chillier spring transition days.

Again, all these pieces only total to $49.82! The downside is that you only get free shipping if you pay $50 or more… But they also having a $30 dress sale right now for full-price dresses (seems like a lot of money after the $5 dresses, I know). The other way you can get free shipping is if you ship to a store! If you have one close to you or in a convenient location, this is probably the best way to save money.

Accessories

Finally, I found a few accessories to really spice up your spring outfits. The scarf scrunchies have been super trendy lately and I love the pop of color they add to any ponytail (that first white one comes in several other colors as well). I have a necklace from Francesca’s that’s nearly identical to the third item (the gold choker with dangling beads) and I wear it ALL the time, especially in the spring/summer. It’s one of my favorite dainty pieces that goes with everything! (You can see it in action in this post or if you look really closely in the first photo of today’s post.) I also think those gold tassel earrings would be a really fun piece to go with all your spring items, not to mention, again, super trendy.

And that’s it! Did looking at these items get you excited for spring? ‘Cause it sure did for me! I told myself I couldn’t buy anymore clothes (for an indefinite amount of time) but I’m really struggling not to right now… The items are just so cheap! Even my boyfriend commented on how inexpensive they were.

Anyway, I hope you have a great Thursday. I have a big day ahead of me—a poly-sci midterm and then Global Reveal, where I find out where I’ll be studying abroad—so wish me luck!

Miles of smiles,

Grace
