Getting Goofy with Bloopers

It seems like the latest trend on social media is “getting real” and showing your true colors to the world, as bloggers and influencers start to switch from very curated content to more everyday life stuff (like us normal people). I am ALL for this, but at the same time, it hasn’t affected how *I* act in front of all of you. I’ve been #keepingitreal since the beginning, trying to incorporate my weirdness and nerdy sense of humor into my blog posts (I hope it comes off that way to you). Because y’all—I’m a goober and I’m proud of it.

So without further ado, I’m sharing a highly requested blog post of BLOOPER photos!! And by highly requested, I mean one person asking for it, like, maybe two times. I hope you can get a laugh or two out of these goofy photos and captions, and more importantly, I hope it conveys the message that not everything is perfect and beautiful for fancy fashion bloggers, contrary to what their gorgeous photos make you believe [insert smiley emoji here].

“OMG!!! There’s a squirrel behind me!”

“OMG OMG OMG it is VICIOUS and it’s going to ATTACK me!” [as squirrel runs in opposite direction]

“Hhmhmhmhmhm did you fart because it wasn’t me…” [acts suspicious]

What happens when I try to do one of those hot “run my hands through my hair” photos. Instead looks like I’m pulling out those crumbs from yesterday’s lunch.

[Game face, ready for a run.]

Run. Run now. Because you don’t know what I’m going to do to you when you turn your back…

“Oh don’t mind me as I casually wipe my butt on this nice tiled wall…”

“Why do I blog, this is miserable, I’m cold, I hate everything. I wonder if they can see my goosebumps?”

I think this photo was me trying to sexily stroke up the side of my leg. The weird thing…my mom was taking this picture. Usually I don’t get *that kind of weird* in front of mi madre.

“Oh my gosh is that a booger on my toe?! I wonder how that got there…”

“What the poop.” [said in tired, fed-up voice]

I’m pretty sure this photo was me trying to twerk…and then failing miserably. And then my brother (photographer) pretending not to know me.

There are so many things wrong with this picture…For example, how do my legs bend like that? And why does my right arm look like it was attached backwards?

I probably should’ve plucked my friend The Unibrow.

And that’s a wrap on my bloopers! But trust me when I say, about 80% of blog photoshoots result in ridiculous photos. It’s a good time. We have fun.
