Super Bowl in Style

Y’all ready for the Super Bowl this Sunday?! Clearly, I am. That football just looks so natural in my arms. 😉 As you may have guessed, I am not actually a football person. I only watch for the yummy snack foods and funny commercials. With that said, I still like viewing parties and the camaraderie of watching a football game with the fam. So naturally, I also want to look cute at said party. That’s what this outfit is all about!

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m voting for the Philadelphia Eagles this year. (Sorry, Patriots fans. If you’re in need of red, white, and blue outfit inspo, you can check out this winter post or these Fourth of July outfits: one, two, three, four, five.) Even if you don’t like oversized football jerseys, that doesn’t mean you can’t show some team spirit! Patriots fans have it easy ‘cause their colors are just the American flag. Eagles fans on the other hand? Not so much. Their colors include a strange blue-green/turquoise shade, white, grey, and black.

Thankfully, I love wearing turquoise so I actually had a few options for an Eagles inspired outfit. I sassed up this v-neck sweater from Costco with my favorite bedazzled grey jeans, last seen in my NYE outfit. I wanted to keep the look casual and comfy for an afternoon of binge eating, but the sparkly detailing added the perfect amount of style. I topped off the look with a white beanie for extra warmth.

If you don’t own any turquoise or forest green, no problem! Try putting together a neutral outfit with a mix of grey, black, and white. Add turquoise nail polish or a fun eyeshadow for that extra color and pizzazz. 🙂

That form though. 😉 Will you be watching the Super Bowl this Sunday? If so, which team are you rooting for, and what will you be wearing?? I’d love to know!

Have a great Monday!

Miles of smiles,
