Happy Wednesday! Hopefully you’ve been having a pretty awesome week so far.

I wore this outfit while in Colorado for a day of driving and exploring cities. I love that it looks like a romper (like the two-piece set in this post), but doesn’t have any of the fit or functionality issues of one. This is one of my go-to summer outfits because it keeps me cool and allows me a little more movement than a dress or skirt, which I also love to wear on hot days. However, the materials of the shirt and shorts in particular are very static-prone, which is quite annoying. If anyone has any suggestions to prevent static, I’d love to hear them!

These pictures don’t have the best lighting because a summer thunderstorm was rolling in. Does anyone else love summer thunderstorms? I think they are a lot of fun to watch from a covered porch or from your window, and the smell of rain in the summer is so refreshing!

Top: a.n.a. at JCPenney, $20, similar in a few colors

Shorts: a.n.a. at JCPenney, $20, similar style

Sandals: Target, $15

Hat: Nordstrom Rack, $21, exact but currently sold out

Miles of smiles,

Grace
